5 Things To Focus On At This Time According To Kylie Verzosa


Amid the COVID-19 global health crisis, Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa reminds her followers about the things we need to focus on at times like this. In her recent Instagram post, our February 2020 cover girl enumerates five things to do in the 30-day Metro Manila community quarantine.

5 things to focus on at this time:

1. Exercise and Nutrition for peak health
2. Deeper connection with loved ones
3. Inner work to feel comfortable with crisis
4. Read a book, catch up on readings, learn a new skill
5. Leveraging this to help even more humans

Kylie also took the opportunity to thank all the frontline workers for their unwavering dedication.

Last March 12, President Rodrigo Duterte declared the National Capital Region (NCR) has to undergo “community quarantine” — a mandatory isolation as per Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease.

In this state, specific forms of land, domestic air, and domestic sea travel to and from NCR will be suspended. It starts on the 15th of March 2020 until the 14th of April 2020. It’s also declared that schools within the metro are suspended until April 12th.
