VP/Xclusives | CROWNING GLORY: Ramon Natcher on the Strand of Success

Amidst the busy atmosphere of Times Square in the city that never sleeps, a vast electronic billboard at the corner of a building flashed the photos of Ramon Natcher alongside the name of the company he built with passion and hard work, and a tagline saying “Love is in the hair.” This moment is truly the crowning glory of his story towards standing on the strand of success.

Being the chief executive officer of Trinoxteride, a company that promises the future of hair growth, Ramon Natcher marked this milestone in high spirits and complete gratitude last year. This explains why, of all the celebrated moments in his life, a roughly minute-long video of this instant takes a special place at the top of his posts on Instagram. Scrolling down a little from this video reveals the comment section filled with warm greetings of love and pride for the glorified moment, both for Ramon and Trinoxteride.
His life seems to be anchored on a solid ground of success, seeing how Ramon consistently breaks through the horizons that used to be just dreams of his young heart. On the other hand, his present reveals only the triumph of a brave soul, while his past holds the beauty of a journey rooted in the entangled reality of the world he had to face. Ramon Natcher first forged his story before finally wearing the honor of his crowning glory.
Down in the Roots Where it Began
While the world continues to laud the undeniable breakthroughs of Ramon, they seem to be overlooking the beautiful story written down in the roots where it all began. Years ago, when Trinoxteride was far from becoming a reality, the young Ramon already possessed a heart for doing business to support himself and his family. “I started my journey in business at the age of 17 with a food cart venture. In 2011, I moved to Dubai for work and later ventured into the jewelry business, as I had a strong interest in jewelry at the time,” he replied when I asked him how his interest in the business world started.

With a risk-taking attitude towards life, he consistently seized opportunities that held the potential of bringing his dreams to reality. On the other hand, the odds weren’t always smooth for Ramon. After exerting his time, energy, and resources to test the shines and sparkles of doing jewelry business overseas, an unforeseen challenge emerged, leaving stains on his dreams. An economic recession in the United Arab Emirates happened in 2018, prompting his decision to finally return home to the Philippines.
Ramon Natcher looked forward to a fresh start as he landed back in his roots. From the sparkles of jewelry, he then ventured into indulging the savor of managing restaurants. But his journey is entangled with the harsh and unpredictable reality of life—the pandemic came. Bearing hard the challenges of the “new normal” and the countless restrictions that came along, he continued to sustain the first six months of his business in the heart of Mendiola and another in Quezon City, later on straining not only his finances, but even the heart and soul of the spirited dreamer.

“Eventually, I exhausted all my savings, and as the family’s breadwinner, the financial strain caused me significant stress. Before I knew it, I started experiencing alopecia.”

He had to deal with the challenges of a condition causing him hair loss—a true battle for his crowning glory. Holding onto his desire to address the effects of the big blows of life on him, Ramon became persistent in seeking treatments, only to realize that most of the effective solutions come at an expensive price. And grasping this reality allowed him to seize the chances of not only helping himself but also others who may be sharing similar situations. “Since the ones I found were effective but quite expensive, I saw an opportunity. With online selling booming during the pandemic, I decided to start my own business in this space,” he reveals
His desire to provide an effective solution to extreme hair loss, rebuild self-confidence, and wear again the badge of one’s crowning glory at a cost that does not have to add to the pile of stress, allowed the rise of Trinoxteride. While it continues to bring hope to the people it helps, it serves as a testament to the beauty and depth of Ramon Natcher’s story, written down in his roots, where it all began.
The Crowning Glory of Ramon Natcher
As he began sharing stories on the company he built in the middle of his battle against chaos from within and around him, Ramon also started showing the visionary he is, who now lives the life he just used to dream of. While the world witnesses Trinoxteride in its crowning glory, in the eyes of Ramon himself, what purpose does it really aspire to live for, I asked. “Our company’s goal is to innovate. We strive to create products that help people struggling with hair growth issues achieve their best hair possible, while ensuring our solutions are accessible to them,” Ramon replied. Going even deeper, he revealed another aspect that fuels its existence—the very reason that allowed him to discover his present path: the desire to bring back the vibrance of self-esteem.

Ramon found himself regaining his crowning glory, and now he wants others to experience the liberating power of claiming beauty in one’s own terms. Pushing even further his goal to help people experiencing what he had to go through, Trinoxteride upholds its vision of going global. In the present, it actively helps people rebuild their self-esteem across the Philippines, the Middle East, and its most recent milestone, Europe.
While Ramon Natcher constantly forges his name in the market with his company, he still encounters inevitable challenges that test his leadership and resilience. In today’s landscape of business, especially in the thriving beauty industry, competition becomes consistently tough as brands and products emerge along with the increasing demands of their consumers. Ramon no longer finds this complex nature of the industry strange, so he came prepared. “In today’s beauty industry, many products fade out quickly because they’re just built on hype,” he shares. His experiences, which, despite straining him in many ways, also built him stronger, enough to persist through and through.
“I believe our success is rooted in the quality of our product. When you have a well-researched, science-based, and scientifically proven product, things won’t go wrong.”
—Ramon Natcher

Living by the principles that his journey has taught him, along with the lessons he continues to learn in every life encounter, Ramon aspires to create an impact on their current consumers and gain the trust of others as well. “Our vision is to become the most trusted brand in hair care and hair growth,” Ramon says when I asked about his vision for Trinoxteride. “We don’t just want one-time buyers, we want to earn the trust of loyal customers who believe in our brand and the solutions we provide,” he added, highlighting the significance of building trust. As Ramon continues to share about his goal for the company, he always includes its stakeholders and consumers, painting a strand of success built on genuine connections and building his true crowning glory.

their hair loss struggles and find support.”
Art of Growth
Living a life faced with adversities, Ramon Natcher’s journey is found in the entangled complexities of reality. At that time, the circumstances he had to go through caused him strains and, in certain moments, loss. On the other hand, as Ramon reflects on his past and untangles every layer of his story, he finds the silver lining of it all—learning the art of growth.
“Change is necessary, as long as it’s for the better,” he replied when I asked him about his perception of growth based on his past experiences. Change is indeed a requirement in the process of growth and maturity at different levels. Ramon also believes that it is an inevitable process for humans who are meant for evolution throughout their lifetime, contradicting the long-held hopes for people to never change.

“I believe that personal growth is a choice; you can change if you truly want to.”
—Ramon Natcher
In his journey towards growth, Ramon keeps looking for ways to constantly introduce a better side of himself to the world. Aside from the undeniable impacts of his past experiences on his present version, he also consumes content that offers self-help in many aspects, specifically by taking time to read and listen to podcasts, even admittedly, sometimes falling asleep. On the other hand, he strives in the name of growth, change, and success.
But how does Ramon Natcher see the idea of true crowning glory through his lenses, I asked. “I want to answer this in the most genuine and honest way. For many people, the metric of success is money. The more money you have, the more successful you appear to be. And in many ways, that’s true, money plays a crucial role,” Ramon replied before presenting a contradiction based on his realizations, stating health, relationships, and freedom as his metrics of success.

“For me, success comes down to three things: health—without good health, all the money in the world is meaningless; relationships—aside from wealth, it’s also about having strong and meaningful relationships with people; and freedom in a sense of being to do whatever you want, whenever you want.”
—Ramon Natcher
While he views success through this perspective, Ramon also recognizes the role of privilege in shaping one’s definition of success. He even has his distinct way of considering himself successful. “Today, I feel truly successful when I launch a product and see that it genuinely helps people, making them happy and satisfied. That, for me, is the real point in my life where I can say I have truly succeeded,” Ramon reveals.
Learning the art of growth through his experiences, he also believes that every individual exists in varying situations with different factors that may shape their view on growth and success itself. “Success is measured differently for everyone. It may sound cliche, but comparing your success to others is toxic and unproductive,” Ramon utters, emphasizing the essence of focusing on oneself and recognizing every form of success.
“Success is subjective, so focus on your own journey. Do YOU and define success on your own terms, but always remember that health should be your top priority.”
—Ramon Natcher
His story reveals the beauty of reflecting and learning from the past, persisting through the present, and preparing for what the future may become. The life that he lives today is far from a fortune unfolded or a destiny fulfilled, but a journey of growth from his roots. And through this, Ramon Natcher now firmly stands on the strand of success, wearing the honor of his crowning glory.
