VP/Tech: realme C63 First Impressions
Following the successful launch of the realme C65, realme introduces the latest iteration to its C series, the realme C63.
With a focus on its Weather Proof design, fast-charging capabilities, and the inclusion of Real Essentials, this budget phone gives nothing less than the quality champion experience.

Build
The realme C63 comes in two colorways, Jade Green and Leather Blue. The Jade Green variant of the phone claims to have used millions of glittering particles to create an exquisite sparkling effect at the back. On the other hand, the Leather Blue variant, which we got our hands on, features a coarse Lychee texture made from premium vegan leather.
One of the major promises of this phone is its Weather Poof design built to resist stains and scratches daily. The brand claims that the phone underwent rigorous tests against solid and liquid material just to ensure that the build quality on these phones will stand the test of everyday mishaps.
As somebody who loves to use an “Everything bag” to run errands, knowing my phone can survive unscathed amidst being tossed with my keys, coins, and everyday items adds a layer of peace.
Additionally, it is equipped with IP54 Dust & Water Resistance that allows the phone to survive minor splashes of water and whims of dust when you bring it outdoors.
With a High Reliability Certification through realme Labs, the brand assures its consumers of the quality you’re getting from this phone. The brand says this certification has used the same standards used for the TÜV Rheinland certifications to measure the device’s performance over time.
Moreover, it has a 6.7″ 90Hz HD+ display that can dim down to 1 Nit, which is great for reducing eye strain and making it easier to see in dark places.
Charging
Given a TÜV Rheinland Safe Fast-Charge System Certification, the realme C63 comes with a 5000mAh battery equipped with the latest charging technology from realme.
The phone enables a 45W SUPERVOOC Charge that claims to charge from 0% to 50% in just 30 minutes of charging. For improved charging performance, the phone comes with VCVT Intelligent Tuning algorithms that elevate the overall charging experience and battery life of the phone.
Camera
For the price point of the realme C63, the phone could capture decent photos with decent detail and processing. It features a 50MP camera at the back and an 8MP selfie camera at the front that works whenever you need it.

So far, the realme C63 looks like a decent phone that works whenever you need it. For its price, it’ll be able to give you the right amount of performance for your daily lifestyle with an added layer of protection, thanks to its Weather Proof design. Its fast-charging capabilities also look promising given how much usage you’ll get out of the phone thanks to its battery.

Price and Availability
Starting July 11, 2024, the realme C63 will hit official realme stores with a retail price of Php8,999. For the squad that wants to shop online, they can get the realme C63 for only Php 7,349 using a voucher on realme’s official Shopee store from July 11-20. Similarly, the Squad can purchase the realme C63 for as low as Php 7,799 from July 14-20 using limited vouchers on realme’s official Lazada and TikTok shops.
