Feliz Hotel Boracay: Stay in the Heart of Station 2

Boracay has a way of making even a short weekend feel like a proper escape. There is the White Beach, the restaurants and shops around Station 2, and the temptation to fill every hour with somewhere to go and something to do. But a good hotel can change the pace of the trip. During our weekend at Feliz Hotel Boracay, we found ourselves enjoying both sides of the island: being close enough to step out and explore, while having a comfortable place to come back to when we wanted to take things slower.

Convenience of Location

One of the biggest advantages of Feliz Hotel Boracay is its location. The hotel is right in D’Mall of Boracay in Station 2, putting it close to restaurants, shops, and the beach.

For us, this made getting around especially easy. We could step outside and find plenty of places to eat, shop, or simply walk around. It was also convenient to return to the hotel whenever we wanted to take a break before heading out again.

Boracay has no shortage of things to do, so having a hotel in the middle of everything meant we could enjoy the island without spending too much time figuring out how to get from one place to another. At the same time, Feliz gave us a comfortable place to retreat to whenever we were ready for some downtime.

Our Room Experience: Premiere Double Room

We stayed in the Premiere Double Room, and the first thing we appreciated was the space. The room measures 43 square meters and comes with two queen beds, making it a comfortable setup for two people. It also has a courtyard view, which gave the room a quieter feel despite being in such a central part of Boracay.

The room had the essentials we needed for our stay, including air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a private bathroom. There was enough room for us to settle in comfortably, especially after bringing our things in and spending most of the day out.

What we liked most was how easy it was to actually relax in the room. Boracay days can get busy quickly, whether you’re going around the island, spending time at the beach, or looking for places to eat. Having a spacious room to return to gave us a chance to slow down between plans.

The two queen beds were also a nice touch. We had plenty of space to rest after a long day, and the room never felt too cramped even with our things around. It was comfortable without feeling overly complicated, which worked well for the kind of stay we wanted.

For us, the Premiere Double Room was exactly the kind of space we wanted after a full day in Boracay: comfortable, spacious, and easy to settle into.

Good Food and Seafood at La Plaza

We had dinner at La Plaza during our stay, and the food quickly became one of the things we looked forward to. We tried the Oyster Rockefeller, Fish and Chips, and Calamares, with the seafood being the standout for us. The Oyster Rockefeller was a favorite, while the Fish and Chips and Calamares were both easy dishes to share over dinner.

Since we were there over the weekend, dinner came with a little entertainment, too. Live acoustic singers performed while we ate, giving the restaurant a relaxed, easygoing feel. Later in the evening, fire dance performers came out, adding a bit more energy to the night.

It made the whole dinner feel very much like a Boracay evening. We could stay at the hotel, have a good meal, listen to live music, and watch the performances without having to look for another place to spend the night.

For a hotel restaurant, La Plaza had plenty going on, but it still felt like a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a meal. And after a full day around the island, having good seafood and entertainment waiting downstairs was a pretty good way to end the day.

Drinks and Views at Buenavista Bar

For a more relaxed part of the evening, we spent some time at Buenavista Bar. Located within the hotel, it gave us another place to wind down after a busy day around the island. Buenavista Bar/Restaurant

We liked having the option to stay within the property rather than immediately heading back out. After a full day in Boracay, sometimes all you really want is a drink, a comfortable place to sit, and a chance to slow down.

Buenavista Bar added that easygoing part of the stay. It was a nice spot to transition from a busy day of exploring into a quieter evening.

More Than Just a Place to Stay

Feliz Hotel Boracay also has amenities that make staying in feel worthwhile. One of the highlights for us was the sunset swimming pool, especially when we wanted to take a break from the beach and the day’s activities.

The pool gave us another way to enjoy the afternoon without having to leave the hotel. After spending time outside, it was nice to have the option to take a dip and simply slow down for a while.

The hotel also has a fitness center and other facilities for guests, but for us, the pool was the standout. It was one of those parts of the hotel that reminded us that a Boracay trip does not always have to mean being out all day.

Service That Made the Stay Better

A good hotel experience is not just about the room or the facilities. The people you interact with throughout your stay can make just as much of a difference, and the staff at Feliz Hotel Boracay were one of the things we appreciated most.

Everyone we encountered was kind, accommodating, and easy to approach. Whether we were around the hotel or dining at La Plaza, the staff made us feel welcome and assisted whenever we needed something.

What stood out was how consistent the service felt. There was no single moment that defined it. Instead, it was the little interactions throughout our stay that made everything feel easier.

That kind of service is especially appreciated when you’re traveling. You want to be able to enjoy your time without having to worry about the small details, and the team at Feliz helped make our stay feel comfortable from start to finish.

Would We Recommend Feliz Hotel Boracay?

Our stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay gave us a good balance of comfort, convenience, food, and service. Its location in D’Mall made exploring Boracay easy, while our Premiere Double Room gave us plenty of space to rest between activities.

La Plaza was another highlight, particularly for the seafood we tried, while Buenavista Bar and the rooftop pool gave us more opportunities to slow down and enjoy the hotel itself.

More than anything, it was the overall experience that made the stay memorable. The hotel gave us a comfortable home base, good food was always within reach, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.

For travelers planning a Boracay trip who want to stay somewhere central without giving up the chance to relax, Feliz Hotel Boracay is definitely worth considering.
