Apple unleashes Macbook Air, 13-inch MacBook Pro, and Mac mini, price starting at PHP 37,990!

Are you looking for a PC or laptop that can do a lot of multi-tasking? Well, the good news is Apple already revealed its series of top-of-the-line devices: the Macbook Air, 13-inch MacBook Pro, and Mac mini!

The global brand has been teasing out its launch since the innovative M1 chip powers them. Apple specifically created this chip for the MacBooks and PCs. According to the brand, it is the most powerful chipset that they ever own. Allegedly, it can deliver 3.5x faster CPU and up to 6x faster GPU. Reportedly, this one also gives up to a 15x faster machine learning process and a 2x longer battery life.

Now at its One More Thing event, Apple has launched three new Macs with the new 5nm M1 ARM chip.

MacBook Air as a slim powerhouse

Let’s start off with the new MacBook Air and it’s the brand’s most famous Mac. Comparing this with the MacBook Air with Intel chip, this was able to export an iMovie project 3x faster, Integrate 3D effects into video in Final Cut Pro up to 5x faster and playback/edit multiple full-quality 4K ProRes streams in Final Cut Pro without dropping frames.

With a fan-less design, the new MacBook Air delivers all that power while providing up to 15 hours of wireless web browsing and up to 18 hours of video playback. Also, it sports two Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports with Touch ID.

13-inch MacBook Pro with active cooling

The next item in this series is the 13-inch MacBook Pro. Apple said that this new MacBook features the M1 chip and with active cooling. This combination has resulted in 2.8x faster Build code in Xcode, 5.9x faster render of 3D title, full 8K ProRes 8K playback in DaVinci Resolve, and 4x faster in code compiling.

The device sports a Touch ID, two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports and can support a 6K display and can deliver up to 17 hours of wireless web browsing, and up to 20 hours of video playback.

Compact but capable Mac Mini

Lastly is the new Mac Mini. With the new M1 chip, the Mac mini is able to deliver up to 3x faster CPU performance, up to 6x faster GPU performance and up to 15x faster Machine Learning workloads.

As a result, it can offer up to 3x faster code compiling for Xcode, can play Shadow of the Tomb Raider with up to 4x higher frame rates, up to 6x faster Fina Cut Pro project render, and up to 3x as many real-time plug-ins in Logic Pro.

The new chip also brings WiFi 6 and support for up to a 6K monitor to the new Mac Mini.
