After more than 15 years in the restaurant industry, Desiree Benipayo finally opened a place that feels unmistakably her own, alongside her two daughters, Dana and Audrey, who now help lead and run the restaurant together. While the family has spent years owning and operating established franchise brands, Thyme and Again marks a new chapter: their very first original concept, built from the ground up.
Located on the 2nd Floor of Barrington Place along Congressional Avenue, Quezon City, Thyme and Again, created as a neighborhood restaurant, the one that feels familiar, welcoming, and easy to return to.
At Thyme and Again, cooking is a deeply personal experience. Inspired by the way families gather, warmly, generously, and without borders. The menu draws from the sun-soaked coasts of Italy, France, and Spain, reimagined through the bright, familiar soul of Filipino cooking. Think Mediterranean food with Filipino feels: dishes designed not for nostalgia, but for discovery. New comforts, unexpected flavor twists, and plates meant to be shared.
