PUP rolls Education on Wheels – Pamantasang Bayan

PUP Education on Wheels – Pamantasang Bayan is ready to roll!

Polytechnic University of the Philippines‘ Education on Wheels (EOW) – Pamantasang Bayan is the newest extension project of the University. This bus, converted into a spacious classroom, will house around 30 students from partner communities.

EOW aims to help out-of-school youth from farther places in the country receive quality education provided by PUP.

Aside from providing quality education nearer to these communities, the University, through its generous donors, will provide food allowance to the students, ensuring that their well-being is taken care of during the duration of the course.

Currently, 70 out-of-school youths from the Smokey Mountains have already enrolled in the degree Bachelor of Science in Office Administration.

PUP also included other marginalized sectors, such as the indigenous people, migrant women, and persons deprived of liberty, as potential beneficiaries of this program.
