Have you ever gone Christmas shopping on 24th of December? Well, I have. You’ll see tons of people bustling around with dozens of plastic or paper bags ready to be wrapped up with tall rolled up Christmas gift wrappers. It was such a rush! You’ll have to avoid bumping into them or else some fragile gift might break.
Sometimes, you’ll have to worry that you might step on a kid who went with their mommies and daddies. Going in a store looks like an unfortunate maze made up of people waiting in line to pay for the gift they just bought. Let’s just say that last minute Christmas shopping is such a rush! It’s a whole process you’ll have to do.
VP/List: Three Tips To Avoid Last Minute Christmas Shopping
save up
Save some money as early as the ber-months started. Once September starts, list down the people you’ll want to give gifts. You can, then, decide on what you want to give them. You also have to answer questions like: How much will be your budget for one person? Will you even be having a budget? It’s up to you to decide.
go shopping
Start shopping for your Christmas gifts once November hits the calendar. Go shopping at bazaars where products will be at their lowest price point. Aside from bazaars, you can also go to malls in Divisoria and haggle your way to your desired price. Be a smart negotiator and don’t abuse your power of bargaining.
relax
By December, your Christmas shopping should be done. All you have to do is spend some time, money or energy for yourself.
If worse comes to worse, you can also go shopping online! With Shoppee, Lazada, Zalora, and other mobile shopping apps, you won’t even have to go outside. You can go shopping at the comfort of your own home. Wait for 11/11 or 12/12 deals and you’ll be good to go.
