Ella Cayabcyab dubbed as “Rakweentera of Quezon Province” was the latest and 10th evictee of Pinoy Big Brother: Connect, the 9th season of the reality show under ABS-CBN.
Yesterday, in the 10th eviction of PBB connect, she dominated the trending topics in the Philippines with the tags BBS ELLA, Team Ella, Si Ella, OUR BIG WINNER ELLA, Big Winner among others. Meanwhile, the tag “SAVE ELLA CAYABYAB” both trended locally and worldwide peaking at no. 1 and no. 8 with more than 100 thousand tweets respectively.
Among others, she is the first housemate in this season to trend worldwide on Twitter indicating how strong her fan base is.
The Rakwentera of Quezon, and beauty queen, Ella is the most talked about housemate of this season, she surely makes this season interesting, and captured the hearts of viewers with her wit, beauty, caring yet straight-forward personality, sheer determination in winning tasks, and woman empowerment.
Prior to her eviction, she survived six consecutive eviction nights, all of which she leads in the text and Kumu votes. Unfortunately, her journey came to end when she was pit against fellow nominee; Amanda Zamora in the controversial one on one eviction voting.
Amanda, is a first-time nominee. She became an official housemate via the PBB Challenge in Kumu App where she was able to garner about 70 million-plus of Kumu diamonds. Thus, tagged her as one of the Kumu Queens.
Although, Ella didn’t manage to secure her spot in Big 4. She surely made a mark and captured the heart of taong bayan.
Just what Toni Gonzaga, host of the show always tells the ex-housemates, “Ang totoong laban ay nasa outside world”. With the mark that she had made, we can see a bright future ahead of her, and we can’t wait for her to make it big in here.
